Imperial Roof Systems was started in 1977. Our early projects were roofing coatings & we operated within the state of Iowa. Imperial soon expanded into hypalon & EPDM roof systems & from there to the various single-ply membranes. With the expansion of the type of roof systems we also expanded our service base to include most of the states. Click here for a listing of states we are currently licensed in.

In 2004, Imperial opened it’s second branch in Papillion, NE. The Nebraska branch continues to grow and serve the Omaha market.

Imperial Roof Systems has maintained it’s home office in West Union, Iowa since it’s beginning.
